We welcome new patients to the practice and want to make your visit to us a pleasant one.

• New patients are generally seen as a Consultation requested by their primary care physician. Please ask your doctor to fax a request to us at 803-433-5636. We will then call you to schedule a convenient time for your appointment.
  
  
• Patient forms may be filled out in advance of your visit simply by going to the Forms section of our website to print out the ones required for a new patient visit.
  
  
• Because your initial visit includes a comprehensive history and physical, and may also require x-rays, you can expect your visit to last 1.5-2 hours on average.
  
  
• Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. We accept MasterCard and Visa.
